Warning System & BANS:

•Members who disobey the rules will be warned or banned depending on what the moderator believes is the appropriate punishment. We do not have a bulldog mentality so we give warnings only when our patience runs out

• Members can be warned a maximum of three times. On the third, the member will be immediately banned. This does not mean that you have to have a warning to get banned, moderators may ban you without warnings depending on the offense.

• Any external LIVE LINKS, however disguised, and you WILL be banned ..

•If you believe you do not deserve the warn please contact the moderator who warned you. Talking back to the moderator who gave you the warning with no sense of respect will lead to further warnings.

• When posting do NOT post and say stuff like "=====" , "jkgjhgj" etc. If we see you doing this, we will ban you immediately.

Posting Manners:

• Always use the [color="Blue"]CODE TAGS([.code] [./code]or this Imagebutton )(Remove the . from it) BBCode tags when posting downloads on our download A, such as Music Albums, Movies, etc.

• You must have contributed 10 or more downloads to request.

• You must have 15 posts before you can start a thread

• Post everything in the right section for ex: don’t post Movie links in the Apps section or Music in the general chat. If you are unsure which section to post it in, look at the "View Forum Leaders" and send a PM to the Staff/Mod

• We do NOT ask for, nor support torrents, in any way, however, if a request is made by a registered VIP member, for a torrent, we may consider supplying it in the VIP section only, where it must stay .. !!

• Dont bump your own topics, not even with multiple ids, we can find it out in seconds and you may get a warning, suspension or even banned.

• Dont post duplicate threads as a way of bumping your sharred links, check first, if it is already posted, by yourself, or someone else, don't post it again - or you'll get banned ..

Spamming Rules :

• No SPAMMING or harassment of other members with PM or email.

• No padding your post count, by doing so it adds to SPAM in our forum. One word replies all the time will not be tolerated, your post count will get lowered and your posts deleted.

• No advertising here about other warez sites(including sites with direct downloads) or p2p sites here. Please also don’t advertisements about any kind of products even if it’s free example referrals.

• Any sort of referrals are not allowed, may it be a free prize or recruiting for other sites.

• Signatures/Avatars:

• No nudity allowed in sigs or avatars and also abusive actions.

• No links allowed in Sigs because its advertisements.

• Don't use anyone else's avatar or sig or you may be asked to remove it

Other Rules:

• Please do not request a post to be stickied. If there is room to sticky an exceptional post, we will do so; however, there is only room for ten stickies per forum. Topics which use a poll to petition a sticky are not allowed.

• Dont complain a lot about the uploading site, its the wish of the uploader where he/she wants to upload his files. Theres no point whining about Rapidshare or Megaupload. Say thanks to the uploader for their efforts.

• Asking any staff member if you can be a part of the staff will hinder your chance of ever becoming one. The same applies for VIP as well.
